This third lecture—a panel discussion—is titled “Thatcher, Reagan, and Trump” with PRI senior fellow and Berkeley professor Steve Hayward on Reagan, John O’Sullivan, senior fellow at the National Review Institute on Thatcher, and Michael Anton, senior fellow at the Claremont Institute and former national security staff member in the Trump administration on President Trump. They compare and contrast the statecraft practiced by these three leaders.
