Circuit and former Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court was the keynote speaker at PRI’s second annual policy conference in Sacramento. Judge Brown discusses the threats to the U.S. Constitution and American democracy because of current cultural trends such as identity politics, political correctness, and speech codes.
