Smith Fellow in Health Care Policy Sally C. Pipes in highlighting the problems with single-payer health care in the United Kingdom. Turner was testifying on H.R. 1384, the Medicare for All Act of 2019, which was introduced by Reps. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) and Debbie Dingell (D-MI) with 107 co-sponsors.
