As 2022 draws to a close, I cannot help but look back on all that we have accomplished this past year at the Pacific Research Institute.
PRI is influencing the debate and having impact in a number of key policy areas, including health care, education, economic growth, poverty, homelessness, and energy and environmental issues. In my “Giving Tuesday” blog from last month, I shared highlights of our 2022 achievements and our agenda for the year ahead.
In this time of economic uncertainty and social unrest, PRI’s work is needed now more than ever to ensure that policymaking at the state and federal level is guided by innovation, marketplace competition, limited government, and individual choice.

We have made available several additional options as you make your year-end giving plans, including:
- Giving appreciated stock, which helps PRI advance its mission while eliminating capital gains taxes for you as a donor.
- Making a gift to PRI from your individual retirement account (IRA). This is an especially convenient option for those age 70½ or older and required to take minimum distributions.
- Including PRI in your will or trust. Please talk to your accountant.
