Andrew McCarthy, senior fellow at the National Review Institute and a contributing editor at National Review, will speak about the Mueller investigation and his forthcoming book, Ball of Collusion: The Plot to Rig an Election and Destroy a Presidency.

In his book, McCarthy makes the case that the real collusion in the 2016 election was not between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin – it was between the Clinton campaign and the Obama administration.
