Southern California’s rash of earthquakes over the July 4 week stirred debate about the Big One in California. NASA analysis estimated that land near the epicenter in Ridgecrest moved as much as 2.7 feet. This PBS documentary from late last year gives an overview about the 730-mile long San Andreas fault and how earthquakes have impacted California.
